Learning and Development

  • Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for MOCVD inspection, writing recipe for epitaxial growth, setting parameters, and ensuring timely completion of products;

    2. Responsible for epitaxial production arrangement, improving and enhancing product yield and maintaining process stability;

    3. Test data collation and analysis, epi-anomaly analysis and troubleshooting;

    4. Epitaxy process optimization, mass production introduction of new technologies and new products, verification and evaluation of new materials;

    5. Work closely with production and equipment departments to keep MOCVD stable.


    Requirements

    1. Master degree and above;

    2. Semiconductor physics, microelectronics, chemistry, materials, physics and other related majors;

    3. 1-2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

    Technical Production Engineer

    2. Work with process engineers to record and analyze production process data;

    Facilities Management Engineer

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for MOCVD machine capacity enhancement and improvement;

    2. Responsible for management and maintenance of machines and equipment;

    3. Management of machine components and equipment histories: including machine components, basic parameters, abnormalities, and maintenance records;

    4. Work with process and production departments to achieve capacity.


    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree and above;

    2. Electromechanics, electronics, automatic control, materials, semiconductors, microelectronics and other related majors;

    3. Previous experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.

    Plant Assistant Engineer

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for plant management: monitoring and operation of HVAC, special gas, pure water and waste water, electrical and other related systems;

    2. Responsible for plant equipment inspection and timely handling of feedback issues;

    3. Responsible for summarizing and analyzing the faults of plant equipment;

    4. Responsible for the replacement and maintenance of consumables for the operation of plant equipment;

    5. Assist engineers with related work.


    Requirements:

    1. Junior college degree or above, majoring in electromechanics or engineering or other related majors;

    2. At least 2 years' experience in plant management;

    3. Understand the daily operation and maintenance of plant management;

    4. Preferably with a relevant qualification certificate in plant management.
